Around 300 guests gathered on North Vancouver’s Burrard Dry Dock Pier at the bottom of Lonsdale on Thursday evening for a super long table dinner that saw a mouth watering assortment of food served to them family-style.
Dinner on the Pier guests dined on blueberry gravlax and house smoked salmon with homemade crackers and fresh baguette, an organic spinach, frisée, kale, and foraged wild mushroom salad, grilled Alaskan scallops with pesto and sun-dried tomato risotto, pan seared Pacific Sable fish, and roasted spring lamb.

In addition to the menu created by Pinnacle Hotel‘s Chef Joel Green, guests were treated to cocktails designed by Saje Wellness and The Juicery Co.
That’s not to mention the stunning views that come along with dining on the pier, which offers one of the best views of the downtown skyline.
