Diva at the Met
An open kitchen gives guests a view into the crafting of Diva’s unique cuisine, which blends international styles with Pacific Northwest flavours. L’Abattoir
Gastown’s L’Abattoir sits on the site of Vancouver’s first jail, so it’s safe to say the food here is better now than it was. Chef Lee Cooper and General Manager Paul Grunberg are dedicated to highlighting the finer points of eating and drinking in L’Abattoir’s informed but informal setting.
