Dine Out Vancouver returns for 2026 with over 350 exclusive menus, events, and exclusive hotel promos

We hope you’re hungry, because Canada’s largest culinary festival is returning this winter.

From Jan. 21 to Feb. 8, Dine Out Vancouver is set to take over the city once again, celebrating its 24th year with 18 days of multi-course menus, exclusive culinary events, and hotel and travel deals you won’t want to miss.

With more than 350 participating restaurants, curated menus starting at just $25, and dozens of one-of-a-kind food experiences, Dine Out is the ultimate way to explore Vancouver’s world-class dining scene — whether you’re a seasoned foodie or just hungry for something new!

Here’s what to expect for 2026.

While the full restaurant lineup and menus remain under wraps until Jan. 12, diners can expect beloved spots like Salmon n’ Bannock, Maenam, and L’Abattoir to return for another year of culinary creativity. (You can find a restaurant teaser on the website).

This year’s festival will feature over 20 special events you can already reserve — like craft beer pairings, hands-on food adventures, and dinners that double as unforgettable nights out. Highlights will include Dumpling Hop & Cocktails in Chinatown, an evening of spanish flavours with Paella Guys, and dinner on board a luxury train with Dine with Rocky Mountaineer. Event tickets go on sale Dec 1.

Another major draw is the return of the Vancouver World Chef Exchange, a signature dinner series that brings international chefs from global culinary hubs to collaborate with Vancouver’s own talent.

These dinners consistently sell out each year, and while exact dates for 2026 are still to be announced, they remain among the most anticipated experiences of the festival.

Guests can receive up to a $250 Prepaid Mastercard with a two-night hotel stay or $75 with a one-night stay at participating Vancouver hotels.
