900 Hastings, formerly known as 955 East Hastings, is scheduled to start sales early next year. Located in Stratchona, this mid-rise development will be a great addition to the neighbourhood.

The project has been updated slightly to accommodate the future Raymur Avenue right of way.
Units will start at $249,000 and consist of three mid-rises ranging from 10 to 12 storeys in height. The residential component will have 282 market units and 70 non-market housing units.
