City of Delta responds after Pride rainbow bench vandalized
The City of Delta is speaking out after a rainbow bench, intended to celebrate Pride, was vandalized over the weekend.
Rainbow benches were installed in various locations in Delta in November 2019 to show pride and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
On Monday, the city shared a message on social media, condemning the act and promising that the bench would be cleaned and restored and “back to spreading love again soon.”
