
Vancouver Canucks player Daniel Sedin is selling his Vancouver Shaughnessy neighbourhood home, sources tell Vancity Buzz.

The 4,346 square foot residence sits on a 8,224 sq. ft. lot and is on the market for $5.898 million.
The home, which was listed for sale on Monday, was completely rebuilt in 2006 and incorporates “time honoured craftsmanship.”

According to realtor Matt Pozer’s listing, the two-storey wooden structure home has five bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a giant walk-in dressing room, and four bathrooms.
Adjacent to the main level’s living room and dining room, there is a separate recreation room for crafts and music. More amenity space such as a media room and play room can be found in the basement.
