Vancouver's Dale MacKay Crowned Canada's Top Chef

We all know Vancouver is home to the finest chefs not only in Canada but in the world and Dale MacKay (owner of the newly opened Ensemble) is definitely one of them. He has been crowned Canada’s top chef and we at Vancity Buzz salute you. Keep up the good work.

As top chef he walks away with a GE Monogram kitchen and a $100,000 cash prize. Not too shabby.

Funny that Canada’s top chef took place in Toronto. Should’ve been here or in Montreal. However, I’ll leave that for another day.
