Possible COVID-19 exposure identified at Surrey basketball training centre

A basketball training centre in Surrey has been flagged for a possible COVID-19 exposure.

Fraser Health added West Coast Basketball and Performance Centre to its list of public exposures on February 13.

Located in Unit #19 at 5684 Landmark Way, the possible exposure occurred at various times on February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

The risk of exposure is believed to be low, Fraser Health said.

Out of an abundance of caution, though, the health authority is asking anyone who was at the centre on the aforementioned dates to monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms.
