Claire Lassam and Lauren Elebe with Chris Jerome will be bringing the infamous cookie shooter to Hawkers Market on May 10.
The “Cookie Shot” was created by Dominique Ansel, who is also the man behind the much replicated and adapted Cronut – half croissant, half donut.
“The idea behind the cookie shot was to bring a new exciting food aspect to Vancouver. We always try to find fun pop culture foods for people to try at Hawkers. This is going to be a really fun collaboration,” said Lassam. “We have an amazing patisserie expert Claire Lassam of Livia’s sweets and Lauren Elebe of Nuez Milk, a brand new company that focuses on making delicious milks from locally grown hazelnuts in BC.”
