Vancouver’s annual winter electronic music festival is planning a special pandemic show that fans can enjoy from home.

Contact Festival usually happens at BC place between Christmas and New Year’s. But this year organizers are broadcasting a special series of sets from the roof of BC Place on Saturday, February 6, 2021.

Fans can tune in to watch artists via Twitch — it’s streaming at twitch.tv/monstercat.

The broadcast starts at 7 pm, with artists including Tails, Vanic, Juelz, Nostalgix, and Poni.

“This will be the first time any artists have performed from the 204ft iconic Vancouver rooftop,” organizers said in a news release.

The festival is free to listen to, and Contact hoodies will also be available for purchase. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
