Have you ever wanted to know how to build your own, personal skate park? Well, with the skills you’ll learn at CONS Project Vancouver, you’ll be shredding and grinding in no time.
Hosted by Converse Shoes in Vancouver’s historic Railtown, the one-day program will take participants through the process of making their own quarter pipes, ramps, ledges, and more.
The workshop will be headed up by Menu Skateboard Shop, with builders Benny and Christian Zenga showing their skate-enthusiast students the best practices for creating high quality skate obstacles, fit for athletes of any age or experience level.
The Vancouver event is just one part of the North American CONS Project initiative. Future workshops are slated to take place in cities including Montreal and Toronto, encompassing a variety of project types and activities.
With CONS Project, Converse hopes to educate and encourage the next generation of skate, art, and music talents, by offering extensive, hands-on workshops with renowned legends and up-and coming super stars at no cost.
Sign-up for the event is free, but space is limited.
