American hip-hop artist Common will be bringing his Let Love Have The Last Word tour to Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom on July 16.
The multi-talented Academy Award, Golden Globe, Emmy, and Grammy-winning artist, actor, and activist has had a multitude of critically acclaimed, diverse roles, as well as continued success at the box office.
Common’s second book, “Let Love Have The Last Word,” which released on May 7, shared his own unique and personal stories of the people and experiences that have led to a greater understanding of love and all it has to offer.
He has been seen on the silver screen in projects including Suicide Squad, The Hate U Give, John Wick: Chapter Two, and Academy-Award nominated film Selma, for which he won the Academy Award and Golden Globe for “Best Original Song in a Motion Picture” for “Glory,” alongside John Legend.
Common is touring to promote the soon-to-be-released Let Love Have The Last Word inspired by his book, which is his first album since his highly-praised 2016 release Black America Again.
