Highly-anticipated Vietnamese spot finally open in Metro Vancouver (PHOTOS)
Metro Vancouver’s highly-anticipated new Vietnamese spot has officially opened its doors as of December 17, and let us tell you, the interior and the food look stunning.
The 120 7688 Alderbridge Way restaurant is undoubtedly Richmond’s newest must-try spot, and with an interior designed by Ste. Marie Art Design and branding done by Glasfurd and Walker, Com is a feast for the eyes as much as it’s a feast for the taste buds.

The 86-seat, 2,400-sq-ft restaurant is going to be serving up traditional Vietnamese eats described as “family style meets modern cuisine” along with mocktails and teas until Com’s liquor license is granted.
Colour is a theme here, especially in the food. Bright salads, spring rolls, and one-bowl dishes like Phá» SaÌigoÌn and BaÌnh XeÌo SaÌigoÌn (aka a Vietnamese crepe) are just some of the drool-worthy creations offered on this substantial menu.
Like any great Vietnamese spot, there’s a great selection of vegetarian options as well.
Com Vietnamese is open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 2:30 pm and 5 to 11 pm, Saturday from 11 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm.
