What’s the big deal?
If you weren’t aware, Colton’s Couture is a Vancouver success story of the highest order. Established in 2012 out of the penthouse of founder and entrepreneur Howard Colton, the brand was originally an exclusive online-only private shopping club, with memberships to the tune of $25,000.
Four years later, Colton’s Couture ventured out of the world of penthouses and clubs and into its first brick-and-mortar pop-up shop, located in Vancouver’s Oakridge Centre in 2016. The pop-up became a permanent installation, and over the following two years, more locations were opened in the CF Richmond Centre in 2017, and three more (including a giant store in Metropolis at Metrotown) set to open by the end of 2018.
