35 Colourful Festival Fashion Looks from Squamish Music Festival

We’ve been getting excited for Squamish Music Festival ever since we parted ways with the festival grounds last summer.

But somewhere between air conditioned offices and loads of inspiring festival fashion snaps, us festival-goers got lost in lofty intentions about the looks we would pull together this year. Perfectly mixed print ensembles, sheer and flowy layers, and bold accessories.

We poured over every festival fashion article online, gathered inspo from festival fashion photos, and planned out our every outfit. But, as most of us experienced, walking into unbearable heat just deflated all our sartorial enthusiasm.

Since we couldn’t show up looking like we just stepped out of a fashion editorial, us stylishly-inclined tried to strike a balance between fashion and function. But with an estimated 100,000 festival-goers focused primarily on the latter (or literal takes on festival attire), our challenge was to find the hidden gems amongst this crowd.
