Coffee by donation day at Blenz Coffee tomorrow October 28

Grabbing a coffee tomorrow morning? Why not help to make a difference to a great cause while your topping up your caffeine levels?

Tomorrow, October 28, 2015, Blenz Coffee will be donating all of its coffee sales to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. You pay for your coffee by donation, which means that for the whole day Blenz Coffee will accept any amount of money for any size of drip coffee. But that doesn’t mean you can skimp out, after all 100% of the money raised will go towards a great cause.

Coffee By Donation Day will take place at all 60 Blenz locations across B.C. and Alberta. The event will be happening during each store’s regular operating hours.

“It is important for us to give back to charities that are raising funds for innovative research in British Columbia,” says Shawn Pattison, Vice President of Blenz.

Coffee By Donation Day isn’t the only fundraising activity being conducted by the coffee company this month however. Every October, Blenz has vibrant pink to-go cups to raise breast cancer awareness and to encourage customers to get involved with the CBCF. Each time customers use the hashtag #BLENZCBCF, Blenz Coffee donates 25 cents to the CBCF and 50 cents from each organic Strawberry and Royal Tea Latte sold is also donated to the CBCF.

Do your part tomorrow. You’re going to get coffee anyways, so you might as well give the money to great cause.
