Vancouver's first row studio just opened in Chinatown

You’ve heard of spin studios, the sweaty, dimly lit exercise meccas that attract a regular flock of Vancouver’s fitness fanatics.

Well now a new fitness thang is set to take over Vancouver in the form of the city’s first rowing studio.

Club Row was Founded by Nathan Morris, a well-known figure in the local fitness community who also owns Driftwood Athletics and teaches at Tight Club.

“Morris developed Club Row because he wanted to take everything Vancouverites love about spin and boutique fitness – the beat, the intensity, the choreography, the community – and improve it with a more comprehensive workout that delivers better results, and the element of competition, both with yourself and your neighbour,” Club Row told Daily Hive via email.

“Unlike indoor cycling and yoga, which were brought to Vancouver from elsewhere, Club Row is completely original – a certified ‘made-in-Vancouver’ experience.”

Club Row soft launched this past weekend and will continue to add classes as they gear up as we move into November.
