With Canada Day celebrations staying close to home this year, why not bring the party to your backyard with a BBQ for those in your bubble?
Log on to coquitlam.ca/canadaday to stream live entertainment from noon to 7 pm from musicians, singers, and artists who would normally take the stage during the Coquitlam Celebrates Canada Day outdoor celebration. It’s an opportunity to watch virtually and show your national pride while keeping it local and getting together with family or friends within your close circle.
Here are some suggestions for places to pick up party supplies close to home, while supporting Coquitlam businesses. Remember: many local retailers may be closed on July 1, so contact them in advance to make your bookings and arrange pickup.
