The Canadian Internet Marketing Conference (CIMC) is back for its third year in a row, and it’s offering you a chance to relax in Squamish while you up your digital marketing smarts.
The conference was started by Darian Kovacs of Jelly Marketing and Christian Thomson of Marwick Internet Marketing. Their goal was to give their staff and clients the opportunity to learn from the best and brightest.
Instead of tracking down traditional speakers – consultants and authors – they invited marketing professionals working for top quality brands. This year, the conference will feature major brands like YouTube, BuzzFeed, Google, Pixar, Visa, and L’Oreal.
The original intent of the conference was to teach people how to use digital marketing and PR in practical ways. That mission continues this year, with networking opportunities, business developments, and sales discussions being offered.
The two day event will feature more than 30 significant keynote speakers, taking place at West Coast Railway Heritage Park from April 5 to 6.
