The massive event is run by the same organizers who host the Chilliwack Tulip Festival and will take place at the same location – 41310 Yale Road.
The festival is scheduled to run from August 1 to September 15, 2019, and will allow visitors to stroll through more than five acres of sunflowers in full bloom.

On-leash pets are also welcome, with a dedicated drinking area and complimentary pick-up bags on-site.
In addition to the 25 varieties of sunflowers, event organizers are also adding 48 varieties of Dahlias — one of the prettiest flowers around.
Organizers also say that the fields of Giant Mammoth Sunflowers have doubled in size. The massive blooms can reach over 12 feet and hidden amongst them will be the Insta-famous swings and other viewing platforms.
