A Delta school teacher is facing child pornography-related charges following an investigation that began last year.
Elazar Reshef, 52, is facing three counts of child pornography-related offences, and Surrey RCMP said in a news release they wanted to inform the public given his job has him interacting with children.
So far, police don’t have evidence that any of the victims are Lower Mainland children. But if any families would like to come forward, police encourage them to contact their child pornography unit at 604-599-0502.
Mounties say the investigation started back in 2019 when an internet service provider alleged a user had child pornography in their possession.
