The 1,400 sq. ft. home in Hastings Sunrise is part of a newly built triplex at 3513 Triumph St., where the future owner won’t have to worry about strata fees.

Being a laneway house means neighbours will be in close proximity, but the potential buyers would be in a freestanding home, not sharing walls with anyone else, for less than $1 million.
