You can fly from Vancouver to Hawaii for less than $375 roundtrip this winter

This winter, you can trade in the cold and dreary for some island time at a steal of a price.

Both WestJet and Air Canada are holding Halloween sales. Thanks to YVR Deals, you can now fly from Vancouver (YVR) to Maui (OCG), Hawaii, for as low as $375 or Honolulu (HNL), Hawaii, for $360.

The majority of flights from both airlines are non-stop each way and between 6 and 7 hours in duration.

Dates are available between November 2019 and March 2020, although both airlines have a few blackout dates. Prices around this time of year typically range from $500 to $800.

Here’s how to book the deal, based on each airline: 

WestJet: 

1. Visit the WestJet website.

2. Enter your departure location as Vancouver (YVR) and your return location as either Maui (OCG) or Honolulu (HNL).

3. Search for dates with a yellow tag; be sure to enter the promo code S49RN77.

For WestJet, you’ll be able to book the deal until Friday, November 1 at 10:59 pm PST.

Air Canada

1. Visit the Google Flights website. (You can book directly via Air Canada’s website; however, it may be more difficult as Air Canada’s calendar view doesn’t show prices.)

2. Enter your departure location as Vancouver (YVR) and your return location as either Maui (OCG) or Honolulu (HNL).

3. Browse for cheap dates on Google Flights (they’ll be highlighted in green) and apply those same dates to the Air Canada website with promo code CKMDMNN1.

Air Canada’s deal runs until Thursday, October 31 at 9 pm PST.
