Celebrity Brewmaster's Dinner at Craft Beer Market (CONTEST)
Craft Beer Market is hosting a Celebrity Brewmaster’s dinner featuring local brewmasters, creating a menu based on their favourite foods and pairing it with one of their own beers.
In Vancouver, brewmasters have become local celebrities in their own right, and many of them have loyal followings that are eagerly anticipating their latest brew. A brewmaster is truly an artist using their creativity to come up with an idea for a unique taste profile and then selecting the ingredients that will bring it to life.
Brewmasters are usually asked what their favourite beer is or what style they like to brew, but the people at Craft Beer Market wanted to know what the brewmasters’ favourite food was and then pair it with one of the beers at the Market.
Liam The Little Locavore will be joining Corporate Chef Paul in the kitchen prepping and cooking the Brewmaster’s favourite childhood dish. Liam has known since the tender age of seven that he wanted to be a chef.
