Cascadia Development and Fiera Real Estate join forces for North Shore rental project

Cascadia Development (“Cascadia”) is proud to announce a new partnership with Fiera Real Estate through its Canadian Built Opportunities Fund (“CBOF”). 

The partnership will advance a purpose-built rental apartment community located at 2525 Lonsdale Avenue in the City of North Vancouver.

This collaboration unites Cascadia’s hands-on local development expertise with Fiera Real Estate’s national institutional investment platform, reflecting strong shared confidence in Metro Vancouver’s resilient North Shore rental market.

Designed as a human-scaled, community-focused mid-rise, 2525 Lonsdale will bring 66 purpose-built rental apartments — offering a mix of market-rate and affordable units — to one of the region’s most sought-after and supply-constrained areas.

Construction is set to launch in 2027 with completion targeted for 2029, creating local employment by tapping Canadian consultants, contractors, and union trades throughout the build.

The central location puts residents within easy walking distance of transit routes, retail options, employment in central Lonsdale, various schools, numerous parks, and right across the street from the new 330,000-square-foot Harry Jarome Recreation Centre.
