Car Free Day is coming back to Commercial Drive for another year of free community celebrations on June 19.

The 15 block-long festival will feature local artisans, vendors, community groups, and food straight from restaurants along The Drive. Expect live performances and a host of activities from roller disco, to parading drummers, healing gardens, and DJs spinning beats.

As Car Free Day says on Facebook: “Free of charge, free of boring corporate stuff, free of cars and full of community.”

So get your community spirit on and leave your car at home for this fun-filled day.
