Vancouver Canucks captain Quinn Hughes stars in awkward new ad with his brother
As the star player of the Vancouver Canucks, Quinn Hughes naturally has had all sorts of opportunities come his way that most people won’t ever get to experience.
He’s been able to travel the world playing the game he loves, make millions of dollars skating in front of fans, and even been named the Norris Trophy winner last season as the NHL’s best defenceman.
But despite all of his abilities on the ice and all that it’s brought him, it still hasn’t prevented him from being a little bit camera-shy.
In an ad posted to Instagram today for Bath and Body Works alongside his brother and New Jersey Devils star, Jack Hughes, let’s just say the eldest brother isn’t exactly going to win any awards anytime soon for his acting chops.
“We’ve partnered with Bath and Body Works to get our dad the perfect Father’s Day gift,” Jack says to the camera that looks like it’s been placed in their family kitchen. “First gift is the Bourbon 3-in-1 Face Body Hair Wash.”
“Alright, Jimmy, next we’re gonna tee up with the Ocean Deodorant. It’s got a cool, strong smell,” Quinn adds, name-dropping their father.
“If you don’t want to use that, we’ve got the Mahogany Teakwood Body Spray,” Jack continues.
“And lastly, their new Honourable Cologne to keep you smelling fresh,” Quinn concludes. “Happy Father’s Day, Jimmy!”

In North America, Father’s Day will be celebrated this year on Sunday, June 15. So whether you’re taking your gift advice from the Hughes brothers or not, at least they might’ve reminded you to get going on that shopping if you’re planning to celebrate and haven’t already.
