The Canadian men’s Olympic hockey team appear to be enjoying some of the festivities going on around them.
With Canada’s first game not until Feb. 12, it has given their 25-man roster some free time to explore the Olympic village and even take in some of the other sports ongoing. Earlier this week, they chose to go watch speed skating and made sure to do so in fashion.

While the entire 25-man roster appeared to be in attendance, all rocking their red lululemon-designed jackets, it was their reaction to a mistake by the U.S. in the event that’s garnering all the chatter.

Several from the men’s hockey team had hilarious reactions after American speed skater Corinne Stoddard went down in a tumble. Canada’s own Courtney Sarault was able to narrowly avoid the crash. That wound up being massive, as Canada picked up a silver medal in the event.

While most hockey fans have been talking about the men’s team’s reaction to the crash, there were also plenty discussing the fact that they elected to take the subway to the event. One lucky fan was even able to get Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson to smile while riding to the venue.

Though Canada has yet to win a gold medal at this year’s Games, they have several upcoming opportunities to do so. One will be in men’s hockey, as Sidney Crosby and company are considered the favourites to win it all.
