Canadian man skateboards across frozen lake and it looks incredible (VIDEO)

If there is one essential thing everyone in Canada needs this winter, it’s this.

One Canadian man has brought together skateboarding and ice skating to invent a new sport —Ice Boarding.

Rob Mudd embedded metal spikes on the wheels of his skateboard to make sure they could grip the ice. He then took to a frozen lake to test it out, and it looks absolutely amazing.

Mudd used a Boosted Board (an electronic skateboard) to glide seamlessly across the ice. We’re not sure about you, but we’re definitely hoping to get one of these under the tree this Christmas!
