Canada's Most Expensive Home Listing sees price drop by $25 million

Earlier this year, the tear down property at 3810 Marine Drive in West Vancouver got national media attention for being Canada’s most expensive home listing. It was originally listed for a cool $38 million. Fast forward eight months and it’s now listed for $12,888,000.
This is the third price drop in recent months.
- February 2013 listing price: $37.8 million
- March 2013 listing price $28,888,000
- Aprile 2013 listing price $19,888,000
- September 2013 listing price $12,888,000
Only time will tell if it will sell at the current list price.
