Gordon Alexander David is wanted Canada-wide for his alleged role in the homicide of his wife on Sunday morning and the aggravated assault of another woman.

Officers arrived at a Surrey residence in the 9400-block of 140th Street just after 11 a.m. after receiving reports of a violent attack.

In the incident, one woman was found seriously injured and is now in hospital receiving treatment. Another woman – his 23-year-old spouse – was fatally wounded.

Police are asking the public to come forward with information of any sightings of the 34-year-old man, who is described as 5’6″ tall, 161 lbs. with brown eyes, black hair and a slim build. There is also tattoo on his right forearm with the “comedy/tragedy” symbol and skulls.

David has had a history with police, who have made multiple visits to the residence for reports of domestic abuse. If you see David, you are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately and consider him armed and dangerous: you should not approach him.

Metro Vancouver’s Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over the case. Anyone with helpful information for investigators is asked to call police at 1-877-551-4448 or Crime Stoppers (anonymous hotline) at 1-800-222-8477.
