Camping reservations for many of Canada's national parks launch this weekend
If the dreary January weather has you dreaming of those warm summer days spent camping, you’ll want to start planning your vacation soon.
Parks Canada is officially opening summer camping spots at some national parks in BC on Friday, while reservations for other national parks throughout the country become available throughout the rest of January.
Parks Canada is in charge of 36 national parks throughout the country including national marine conservation areas and historical sites.
“Whether it be a fully-serviced campsite, roofed accommodation, an interpretive guided hike, or a remote backcountry experience, visitors can plan their experience with confidence and travel at ease, with the peace of mind of a guaranteed place at their favourite location,” states the website.
