Canadians had a busy year on Twitter in 2015.
The most popular tweets of the year focused largely around #elxn42, unsurprisingly, and October 19 saw the highest volume of tweets between the federal election and the Blue Jays win during game three of the ALCS.
Around 5.5 million tweets were sent by Canadians that day, according to Twitter.
