
Canada Day 2013 at Canada Place is in its 26th year with a full day of FREE family fun. Head down to Canada Place on July 1st to enjoy a wide variety of live performances, breathtaking exhibits and interactive displays in Western Canada’s largest Canada Day celebration.

New this year is the Port Metro Vancouver Zone, the Extreme Canada Zone, the Great Canadian Invention Zone, and the headlining performers The Boom Booms and BIF Naked! The 5th Annual Canada Day Parade starts at the corner of Georgia and Broughton Streets. This free community event features more than 60 dynamic entries and recognizes diversity, multiculturalism, freedom and the special bond that connect all Canadians. Look for the Vancouver Canucks “Fin”, the BC Lions, our friends from Hawaiian Punch, and more.

Vancouver’s only two-barge simultaneous pyrotechnic extravaganza. Watch as the sky lights up in celebration of our nation’s birthday. Viewable from numerous locations including Coal Harbour sea wall, Stanley Park, West Vancouver and North Vancouver. Simulcast will be provided by Classic Rock 101 and on the Port Metro Vancouver App.
