Ca Phe and YVR Prep team up for series of drool-worthy pop-ups

Favourite local coffee spot Ca Phe has officially opened its Gastown space for weekend pop-ups.

In collaboration with commissary kitchen YVR Prep, the Vietnamese coffee house has stepped up to feature a rotating lineup of small producers at its 422 Richards Street space (The Network Hub).

Patrons who attend the pop-ups can expect amazing eats, treats, and drinks, including the return of Ca Phe’s popular avocado coffee, to name just one.

The Ca Phe x YVR Prep pop-up will be open Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. Check out the lineup and be sure to make it down.

*Please note this pop-up will be asking customers to pay cashless and wear masks as well.

• August 21 and 22 – Chao+Pan, Mango sticky rice dessert (preorder), Lotus Flower Cookies
• August 28 and 29 – Canoe Cola, Vietnamese Egg Soda
• September 4 and 5 – Bite Matters, fine sandwich bites on homemade 100% organic bread
• September 11 and 12 – The Phamily Table, Vermicelli noodles bowls with shrimp and vegan option (preorder), and Coconut pandan Vietnamese jelly dessert
