Another B.C. Mountie is in trouble with the law.
Burnaby RCMP Constable Harinder Paul Pabla is facing five charges including drunk driving, dangerous driving and failure to provide a breath sample.
The charges stem from two off-duty incidents in Surrey in September and October of 2015.
Pabla is suspended from duty with pay, and a code of conduct investigation is underway.
But this is not the first time the 50-year-old Mountie has been in trouble with the force.
Two years ago, he was docked six days pay for calling a woman a “dirty slut” during an argument over a parking stall at a Langley mall on New Year’s Eve 2011.
