Burdock & Co is about to introduce its new pop-up series: Bar Gobo.
The event will start on Monday, November 11 at 8 pm and will then be held on select days throughout the year after that.
Each event will have a different theme each time, but they will all feature beer, natural wine, cocktails, live DJs, and of course, delicious farm-to-table eats for just $10 a plate.

Attendees can expect themes like Bubbles and Buns and Disco Dumplings.
For November 11, the menu includes ramen fries with mayo furikake, pork ribs with spicy
honey, chicory salad with garlic pecorino, ssam wraps with tofu chili verbena, and Burdock & Co’s crispy fried chicken.

If you can’t make next week’s event, the following edition of the pop-up will take place on Monday, November 25 and will feature Filipino-inspired drinking food.
