A two-storey commercial building in West Point Grey near the University of British Columbia caught fire early morning and crews are currently working to suppress the flames.
The building is located on West 10th Avenue between Trimble and Sasamat. Vancouver Fire and Rescue are now on the scene and have shut down a two-block area around the building.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
