After an extended soft launch period, Bubble Waffle Noodle House will officially open up its doors Monday, February 1 in Kerrisdale.
The casual 40-seat eatery, which is an offshoot of its food court parent Bubble Waffle Cafe–found at the Aberdeen Centre, UBC, and Crystal Mall, offers steaming bowls of Hong Kong and Taiwanese-style noodle soups.

Each noodle dish, whether it be of the rice vermicelli or udon variety, is made-to-order, and comprised of a variety of fresh and unique ingredients chosen by the customer at time of purchase.
Bubble waffles, a range of Hong Kong-inspired milk teas, beers, and small bites (Curry Fish Balls, Taiwan Sausage, and Takoyaki) are also featured on the menu.

In terms of layout and design, the restaurant is simply furnished with worn wooden tables and vibrant red-coloured chairs, and features a black and white painted wall mural by Steven Hornung.
