Brunch Restaurant is a new family-run, all-day breakfast establishment in the heart of downtown Vancouver offering Mexican-inspired breakfast dishes. Their unique menu showcases recipes that have been handed down over generations.
The menu mostly consists of traditional Mexican breakfast favourites, like molletes (grilled cheese and refried beans on a ciabatta roll with pico de gallo), as well as all-around breakfast classics, like their turkey and cheese sandwich (turkey, havarti cheese, avocado, mayo, beans, peppers) and egg sandwich (scrambled egg, bacon, caramelized onion, bell peppers, cheddar cheese).
The owners pride themselves on preparing everything in-house from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Menu items are currently available for pick-up or delivery via Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Ritual.
Customers have also been enjoying smaller bites like muffins, specialty coffees, and Mexican lime and mandarin sodas.
Brunch Restaurant is new to the neighbourhood and excited to get to know their neighbours. Despite it being a difficult time to open a restaurant, they’re looking forward to serving unique offerings to the local community and welcoming newcomers.
