The Britannia Shipyards buildings date as far back as 1885 – they’ve seen many things throughout the years, and your tour guide will give you a taste of some of the stories that lay in the walls of the national historic spots.
Learn about the storied history of the shipyard, which had many multi-ethnic residents from China, Japan, Europe, as well as Indigenous people.
Tour four stilt houses and a Chinese bunkhouse that demonstrate living conditions from 1910-1930 with innovative audio and video exhibit displays.
