Enjoy breakfast with the bears on Grouse Mountain

Dec 19 2017, 6:54 pm

Want a chance to visit the Grouse Mountain grizzles this summer? Breakfast with the Bears at Grouse Mountain gets you early access to the mountain and a chance to see the grizzlies, Grinder and Coola’s, morning feeding and learn about bear conservation.

Breakfast with the Bears is only available this summer as part of the Bear Discovery. A ticket will get you early access to the Mountain, your choice of hot or cold breakfast and teach you about grizzly habits and conservation.

The grizzly bears, Grinder and Coola, will be fed in front of you and after their feeding you can have your own at the Grizzly Lookout Cafe. This is a great chance to get a rare sighting of the grizzlies of Grouse in a safe and educational way. This excursion is from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Breakfast with the Bears occurs every Saturday in May, June and September and every Saturday and Thursday in July and August. Children who do not require their own seat or breakfast are able to attend for free, but require a ticket from Guest Services or a Ticket Centre. Members must have a valid Grouse Mountain Annual Local’s Pass in order to attain a member’s fee.
