What once used to be a tiny cafe along Burrard Street adjacent to the Sutton Place Hotel will soon be home to the Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar. The oyster bar is set to open early 2014.
The kitchen will feature a powerhouse team led by Alex Chen in the back-of-house and Steve Edwards in the front-of-house and other industry greats, including Roger Ma (Chef de Cuisine), Brian Hopkins (Maître D’) and Lisa Haley (Wine Director).
It will feature a completely refurbished dining room, bar, oyster bar, private dining room and expansive outdoor patio, in addition to the existing Gerard Lounge.
The restaurant have a seafood-focused menu grounded in classical techniques.
