Some of your favourite Bollywood stars will be landing in Vancouver today, Thursday, April 4, 2013, and YVR is giving fans a chance to catch a glimpse!
The crowds are getting bigger and bigger as each day passes. Again, this is your chance to meet actors, actresses and singers who are taking the time to greet their Vancouver fans by signing autographs and taking pictures!
Celebrities will be arriving through Vancouver International Airport throughout the day. An official Welcome Area for fans and media has been set up to see stars such as:
Arriving at 11:55am:
- Director Kunal Kohli
Arriving at 12:45pm:
- Best Director nominee, Anurag Basu
- Director duo Abbas-Mustan
- Dancer, director and actor Prabhudeva
- Best Supporting Actress nominee, Ileana D’cruz
Arriving at 2:35pm:
- TOIFA co-hosts Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma (who are nominated for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actress, respectively)
Arriving at 6:40pm:
- Gauri Khan, producer and wife of Shahrukh Khan
- Producer/director Karan Johar
- Actress Urmila Matondkar
- Gauri Shinde, Best Director nominee for her movie English Vinglish
And there’s so many more that we can’t name just yet! Head down for your chance to see the stars first!
The Welcome Area is located in the East Concourse, International Terminal, Level 3 (Departures) near the Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel.
