Traffic southbound through the Massey Tunnel between Richmond and Delta slowed to a crawl Tuesday afternoon thanks to one person who took their bike-powered cart for a highway ride.
What was reported as a “stall” was actually someone pedaling what appears to be a bicycle cart of some kind, also called a pedicab or rickshaw.

@AM730Traffic it's not a stall in the Massey tunnel!.. It's some ding dong pedaling his rickshaw!

So some guy just tried to ride his bicycle with foodcart through the Massey Tunnel. Guess what that did for traffic! @news1130traffic

Here’s the photo evidence from the Massey Tunnel traffic cams, as posted to Twitter:

Bicyclists know that the Massey Tunnel is off limits to them, and to compensate, there’s a free George Massey Tunnel Bicycle Shuttle available. Unfortunately, this freewheeling rider’s wheels probably don’t fit in the shuttle van.
