Beyond Pink is Back and wants YOU to Redefine the Possible.

Back for its fourth year, Beyond Pink 2012 is fully charged and ready to empower young women to think beyond expectations, grab hold of their potential, and redefine a future that is possible. This year’s theme: ˝Disrupt to Construct: Redefine the Possible.˝ provides our high-potential delegates with the thrill of new possibility, and a sense of fearlessness in their careers.

˝Beyond Pink is an annual conference hosted by Young Women in Business (YWiB), a non-profit society for emerging female leaders in western Canada. The event aspires to provide genuine growth opportunities to both young professionals at the outset of their careers, and to more seasoned experts looking to further advance their expertise. As the only conference of its kind for young women in Canada, Beyond Pink aims for just the right mix of curious, ambitious young women to create an electric and productive weekend, set in beautiful Vancouver, BC. Through teaching, innovation, and interaction, our high-potential delegates learn the tools to create the career they’ve always wanted.˝

Day one of Beyond Pink will advise delegates to ˝identify their strengths, passions and potential, and to challenge the status quo.˝ The workshops on this day will empower women to ˝create and negotiate new opportunities, adopt innovative strategies, and freshen up their routine.˝

Day two will allow delegates to ˝build new relationships and create a world of opportunity˝ through workshops that hone one’s approach. Day two focuses on participants refining their skills and reaching for continual development.

This year’s Beyond Pink Conference will feature a diverse group of inspiring and successful women from the Lower Mainland business scene. They’ll share their stories of how they have personally redefined the possible, and the challenges they have overcome along the way. Notable speakers and mentor are:
