New Vancouver-based job board launches for beverage industry experts

If beer, wine, cider, and spirits are your bag, then a new Vancouver-based job board might help you find your dream career.

Bev Nine to Five connects beverage industry experts with jobs across Canada – a quick scan of the board shows offerings from companies including Sleeman Breweries, Labatt, Tinhorn Creek, and Postmark Brewing. Positions range from brewers, to sales representatives, and communications and marketing specialists.

Christie Lohr, founder of Style Nine to Five, teamed up with Jesse Bannister of Huxley Supply Co., a distribution agency for craft beverage brands in B.C., for the venture.

“Expect to find daily posts on beverage industry news, expert advice and interviews with passionate craft-makers, and a wide range of other topics, including some great new release products,” she says in a press release.

In addition to job resources for beverage industry workers, the site also features a blog section that discusses various aspects of the industry.

This project has been in the works since early 2016 and launched officially last week.
