Fulfilled my dreams of Steak & Eggs for breakfast thanks to Le Complet from @medinacafe ! The steak was perfect as well as the eggs and salad. But lol cheese is my least favourite food and i decided to try a bite of the goat cheese crostini 😳 it was super strong LOL i learned my lesson!!

🍴 🙋🏻 My Creation: BRUSSELS STYLE BELGIAN WAFFLES 💬 My friend took me to Nero Belgian Waffle Bar a few days ago and I fell in love with their brussels style waffles. I knew I had to make it for my family to try. I found a recipe that used a secret ingredient to make it very light and airy inside: sparkling water. Also make sure that the egg yolk and whites are separated. By beating the whites until they are stiff and folding it in the batter at the end, the waffle texture becomes even lighter. I’ve made belgian waffles before, but never has it tasted this good.
