Mama Cheung’s Laksa – A very good version with a creamy coconut broth that had just enough seafoodiness and sweetess. I could’ve done spicier but this was still impactful. Serenity breeds sensationality. Took a break from the fast-paced adventures of life and sat down with a bowl of spicy peanut noodles. Not too spicy is best because the flavors of the peanuts melt through the lime accents. Always order pulled pork. It's different. This is my favorite "calm down" dish, with just a hint of a wake up call to keep things interesting.
