Toasty, gooey marshmallow and rich, melty chocolate pressed between two crunchy graham crackers: S’mores are the perfect summertime campfire treat.

The hands-on, DIY dessert is a must when gathered around an open flame with friends and family during the warm months, but the sweet has gotten an elevated kick of late thanks to a number of local restaurants and treat shops offering fresh takes on a true classic.

Available as a summer 2016 seasonal treat, Beta 5’s S’more Eclair is a thing of beauty. Featuring a mix of 66% dark chocolate and 46% milk chocolate mousse, the eclair is topped with toasted Italian meringue and features a graham cracker crust.
